Who is responsible
Skies The Limit provides My Calm World and is the data controller for personal information processed to operate this app.
Family information
The app stores account information, profile and sensory preferences, child names, chosen companions, favorites and routines. Saved check-ins may include feelings, energy levels, tags and a note. Activity records include sanctuary visits, activity usage, time spent and completed calm moments.
Why information is used
These records keep your choices available across visits and provide child-specific parent insights. Family records are restricted to their owner. Parent insights also require a parent PIN; the PIN is stored as a hash rather than readable text.
Feelings-based suggestions
If you use the activity finder, your description is sent through Lovable AI Gateway to an AI provider to suggest an existing calming activity. The finder does not save that description as a check-in or chat history. Avoid including names, addresses or other identifying details. Processing services may maintain their own operational records.
Device storage
The app uses browser storage for sign-in and the selected child. Saved preferences control text size, motion and sound. Environment audio is synthesized locally and starts only when requested.
Payments and service providers
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and receives information needed for purchases, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Payment card details are entered into Paddle’s secure checkout rather than stored by My Calm World. The app stores subscription identifiers, plan, payment environment, status and billing dates to manage access. Lovable Cloud hosts account and app records; Lovable AI Gateway and its AI provider process activity-finder requests.
Before public launch
Skies The Limit must confirm a contact method, retention periods, applicable legal bases, service-provider practices, and how parents can request access, correction or deletion before public launch. A self-service account export or deletion option is not currently provided. These unfinished details mean this notice is not yet a final launch policy.
