Who provides My Calm World

My Calm World is provided by Skies The Limit. These service terms are between you and Skies The Limit; continued use means you agree to them. An adult must manage purchases and have authority to act for any organization using the service.

Family use

My Calm World is designed for autistic children and teens ages 6–17 with a parent or caregiver managing the family account. Keep account credentials and the parent PIN private.

Support, not medical care

Stories, games, breathing and activity suggestions are comfort tools, not diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. AI suggestions can be mistaken. A child can stop an activity at any time; involve a trusted adult when support is needed.

Companions and communication

Buddy moments are prepared stories and responses, not live companion conversations. The activity finder suggests existing activities and is a separate feature.

Plans and purchases

The seven-day Calm Explorer trial requires no card and ends without charging. Family and Educator subscriptions renew at the frequency and price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax. Cancellation stops future renewals and retains access until the paid period ends. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; Educator-to-Family downgrades start at renewal and preserve student records. Visiting a page does not enroll you in a paid plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Billing help and refund requests are available at paddle.net.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security through malware, probing or unauthorized scraping. Do not submit illegal content, hateful content, deepfakes, malware or attempts to bypass safety restrictions. You are responsible for your inputs, must have rights to submit them, and must verify AI suggestions before relying on them. Suggestions are not regulated professional advice.

Skies The Limit retains ownership of the service’s software, documentation and branding. You retain your rights in your input content. The service may filter or refuse unsafe requests and restrict content or suspend access for serious or repeated misuse. Uninterrupted or error-free performance is not guaranteed. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or serious or repeated policy violations.

Read the privacy notice and refund policy. Contact details, a rights-holder complaint pathway, applicable law and final policy terms still need confirmation before public launch.
