Refunds through Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our paid orders. Refunds are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, including applicable consumer rights.
Request a refund
Visit paddle.net or use the support link in your purchase receipt to request a refund or get help with a charge. Paddle handles billing inquiries and returns.
Trials and cancellations
The seven-day Calm Explorer trial requires no card and ends without charging. Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewal and retains access for the paid period; cancellation alone does not request a refund.
